When we launched MENT back in 2015, we weren't thinking too much about 2024. Today, more than 500 performers, over 4000 delegates and tens of thousands of visitors later, the tenth MENT is here. Join us for the celebrations and opening, where we will toast to a decade of musical discoveries, new friendships and exploration of the music scene and business. We will start with fresh Bevog beers, some tasty bites and a bit of socialising, followed by the official opening with some special highlights.

Hungarian Oncoming Tunes is the music export brand for supporting and educating Hungarian acts and professionals to expand their activities on an international scale. It encourages acts through open applications to build up their international tour plans, develop PR activities in their targeted markets, record new albums with internationally acclaimed professionals and create top-tier audiovisual content. HOTS also hosts international workshops, conferences, and art camps connecting different sectors of the music industry.
After a successful presentation of the Slovak music sector via the Slovak delegation in 2023, we are back at our beloved festival MENT Ljubljana! Apart from the pleasant company represented by LALA Slovak Music Export, SHARPE festival and Pohoda festival, you will be able to meet many interesting people from all over Slovakia.
The reception will only be enhanced by the performances of three Slovak artists – Berlin Manson, Shallov and Kodiki, who all perform at MENT 2024. Reception? For the fourth year in a row, RUNDA (Regional Association of Independent Discographers Balkan) is organising RUNDA Awards to celebrate the best musical achievements of its members and their artists. For the very first time, the RUNDA Awards Ceremony, where we will announce the winners for the year 2023, will be held at MENT Ljubljana.
Supported by Merlin, RUNDA Awards feature four categories: Best Album, Best Single, Best Artist and Best New Artist. At Kino Šiška, you will have the opportunity to be among the first to know this year's winners. Come and join us, and help us ease the suspense with some beer and a live performance of one of the nominees.
Czech music continues to make waves in the international scene, and the heartfelt curatorial policy of MENT will provide music lovers with a chance to discover a fresh batch of contemporary Czech sounds. To celebrate the evolution of Czech music, the Czech delegation is hosting a reception at the Ljubljana Castle where attendees will get the chance to network, share ideas and enjoy good food.
