Rosa completed her training as event manager at Kulturkosmos Müritz e.V. (the association which presents Fusion Festival) between 2018 and 2021. From 2016 until today, she has worked in the sectors of pre-production, artist care, show development, management and as head of the artist care area at Fusion Festival and at.tension Theaterfestival. She has also been in charge of curation, implementation of installations, and action art-projects at Fusion Festival since 2018. Since 2022, she has been employed at Mensch Meier Berlin and in charge of programming and production. She is a vinyl archivist, collector and DJ as well.
