Since 2011, Paula has been active on the Slovak music scene and involved in many cultural and creative projects, both as production manager and stage manager. Alongside people from Cvernovka Foundation, she helped build the unique cultural and creative centre Nová Cvernovka, where she served for seven years as programming director. She is currrently focused on the booking agency SPFM and her main job as production manager at Pohoda Festival, where she takes care of technical production and advancing for artists.
