Paul was born and raised in France with a musical background ranging from rap to Spiral Tribe via indie and shoegaze. After relocating to Bristol, he began collaborating with DJ and producer Batu to manage his Timedance label, involved in all facets of the Bristol-based imprint. Featuring releases from artists such as Batu, Ploy, Metrist, Laksa, Air Max '97 and Bruce, the label has garnered a solid reputation worldwide as a purveyor of forward-thinking dance music. In 2023, Timedance introduced A Long Strange Dream, a sub-label dedicated to Batu’s personal explorations. Outside the involvement with Timedance, Paul works as a physical sales and distribution manager at Kartel Music Group.
