Consisting of singer Anselma Schneider, bassist Luca Weigl and multiinstrumentalist Rafael Henninger, oh alien is a Vienna-based trio that’s growing, experimenting and enjoying each other's company since 2019. Their sophisticated pop music, which covers themes of fear of failure, unrealistic expectations, their consequences and other related topics, has been described as “filigree spun songs” by the Austrian radio station Ö1. Their name stands for the unknown within ourselves – be it a question, a call, a sigh, a laugh or a love letter!
