With 20 years of experience in the music business, Nikola is one of the key people in the Balkan music business. He is vice president at Virgin Music Group Western Balkans and head of society relations at Universal Music Western Balkans. Currently, he is working with Virgin Music Group with artists such as Joker Out, Konstrakta, Magnifico and the Balkaton label. He is head of the Milan Mladenović Estate, an organisation protecting the legacy of the legendary EKV frontman. He is also owner of Kontra rights, a record label and management agency that provides advice and guidance to artists and labels. Nikola is the manager of Buč Kesidi and Iva Lorens, who will both perform at this year’s MENT Festival.
