Ankaran-based artist Masayah is a powerhouse of Slovenian hip-hop. A multi-talented rapper with a strong pop sensibility, her single Ni panike was one of the most-played tracks of 2022, and in April 2023 she released her debut full length Zavedno, a stylistically colourful and socially conscious album that earned her the Zlata Piščal Rookie of the Year award. At just 22 years old, it seems like she has been part of the scene since forever. An artist who doesn't pull any punches, Masayah employs a variety of styles and chameleonically switches between different registers, taking you on a musical journey from hip-hop and trap to R&B, soul and pop rock.
