Ivan Novak (aka Ivo Saliger) is a stonemason, multimedia author, propagandist, light and sound bringer (lucifer), kunstdiplomat, soldier and engineer of human souls. He is known as the founding member of Laibach and co-creator of its theory, philosophy and strategy since 1980. He is also a core member of the retro-avant-garde collective organisation Neue Slowenische Kunst (1984 - 1992) and co-founder and citizen of the State (also NSK State, 1992).
