Dávid Makó is the man behind The Devil’s Trade moniker, a project that captures the disillusion, despair and troubled spirit of our time. The Devil’s Trade is the soundtrack to souls stuck in liminal space, hungry to adapt to new realities and grow further, outside the boundaries that so often shackle them. Recently, the project expanded from a one-man-band into a full band with long-time friend and former bandmate Gáspár Binder on drums and a live keyboard player. Their latest album Vidékek vannak idebenn, released in 2023 on the acclaimed label Season of Mist, brings forth gut-wrenching melodies of darkness and beauty.
