DLKTek is a DJ and backroom boy from the Ostrava-based collective Audio Video Bass. In true hardcore fashion, he has always treated his sets as genre-fluid hybrids, mixing whatever seems feasible and makes for a nice blend. Despite his "take whatever you want from anywhere" attitude, UK bass, drum'n'bass and the hardcore continuum as a more general framework have undeniably strongly formed DLKTek’s penchant for club music. Inspired by UK rave and its temporary autonomous zones, site-specific AV nights from the Ostrava based Collective aim to create a space where thick bass allows complete immersion of an individual within the surrounding environment.
