Barbora is a longtime dramaturgist and promoter. With a female promoter collective, she  runs the crave event series, which combines club electronica with live acts, and focuses on a stronger representation of women and queer artists. She is involved as a music dramaturgist in the Prague areas Výstaviště and Holešovice Market Hall, where she organises the concert series Check It and site-specific festival #5 Prostor, and also the commemoration of 21 August 1968 known as Never More 68. In the past, she was head of programme at the United Islands and Metronome Prague festivals. Currently, she is also involved in the programming of Prague Music Week.
