Consisting of guitarist Urška Supej and singer Maša But, the duo builds a bridge between music and poetry. Covering topics like feminism, relationships and faith, they draw inspiration from musicians like Bob Dylan, Laura Marling and Leonard Cohen, poets like Edna St. Vincent Millay and May Sarton and writers like Simone de Beauvoir and Virginia Woolf. Their songs are characterised by a contrast between simple melodies and complex topics, such as the struggle between ideals and reality. Blending elements of jazz, pop and folk, their soothing acoustic compositions boast a timeless character.
